He is affiliated with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (Cert. #35640) and is also an A.I.A. member. Certified by South Texas Regional Certification Agency (Cert. #208075049 - SBE & MBE). Registered builder with Texas Residential Construction Commission (Cert. #16670). He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Also, he is bilingual; being fluent in both English and Spanish is a valuable skill in the South Texas construction environment.
